I have had pizza from wood fired ovens however this was my first time eating pizza from a customer fired oven. There was no overwhelming smoke taste, just a natural smokey hint. The pizza was consistent throughout and not soggy in the middle and dry on the edges. We completely enjoyed our visit and will bring guests in the future.”
