Through the rehab process for my low back injury, she has worn the hats of PT and counselor, and I could not be more thankful for her caring and knowledgeable approach. The way the PTs here take such a multi-faceted approach to rehab is incredibly unique and amazing! We have worked on identifying faulty movement patterns, as well as core/hip stability, hip mobility, pelvic floor strength, weightlifting technique, and it has all been SO good. Everything in the gym is easier now, after the work I’ve put in with Dr. Sara. When I needed confidence to push my recovery forward, she was there to drop her initial plan for my session and get me under the barbell, to encourage me and show me that I was capable. “I first heard about Ashley about 5 years ago. A friend recommended her to me, and I thought - eh, we're doing okay, we don't really need anything like that. Then a year or so later, I started seeing small issues in my two athletes. Nothing major, and I figured everything would just work out on its own. Another year went by, and the problems became bigger. At this point, I realized we probably needed help, but we were so busy. Another year went by, and we were in full-on crisis mode. Enter Ashley!! She has helped both of my girls within their sport and with life outside their sport. My girls love Ashley and are so comfortable talking with her. She validates their emotions and gives them tools to face their challenges. “Never had a problem with them. I'm a former vet tech and you DON'T get parvo from the shots- Its negligence on the part of the owner to not get the shots done in time. We saw tons of Parvo dogs in our clinic and the vet always said it was the owner who allowed the exposure- HPUSA is great, only thing is the crowds (not a people person). Dont believe the negative reviews on here”
