“I was eager to try Comfort Dental as it’s close to home-has GREAT hours. Fortunately they are a preferred provider on my insurance so I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and were exceedingly positive & professional. The office is lovely as is the staff and the customer service is top notch. After x-rays and an initial exam Dr.Sousa explained everything she found and provided me with an in depth treatment plan as well as several options to accomplish everything over time so that I can maximize my benefits. My first appointment was several composite fillings and everything went extremely well. I’m terrified of many dental procedures but Dr Sousa and her staff made me as comfortable as possible. They were very gentle, kind, reassuring and ultimately did an amazing job. We’re in the process of accomplishing much needed work and I am relieved & eager going forward with Dr. Sousa & Comfort Dental.”
