“I would like to express my thanks to Jonathan, an employee at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Navasota. Upon relocating from Delaware to Texas, I needed assistance with putting a license plate frame on the front of my truck for my new Texas plates. This employee actually stood out in the pouring rain and was showing different areas of where I could place the plates, while instructing me to stay inside and dry while I decided where I wanted while he showed me. I hope the store employees happen to see this and thank him for me, as when I am in the area he is never working. Above and beyond service from this employee!”

“I have made so many appointments and have canceled each one. Idk why, but this morning I called and they had an open appointment. They didn’t mention any of my cancellations, and just fixed my car while I waited. Their waiting room was very peaceful and I was able to read several chapters of my book! “I have been looking for a new GMC Terrain for my daughter. I went looking around the lot and a Salesperson named Tyler did a wonderful job in helping me find one that was perfect for her and her budget. My daughter and I came back the next day to test drive it and Tyler was prepared and already had the car pulled up out front and waiting for us to get there. He was a great salesperson and really knew everything about the vehicle. As we walked in the dealership the Sales Manager Steve, came out of his office to meet us and personally thank us for stopping by and literally worked with us every step of the way to get the best deal for her. When we made it to the Finance Manager, Murray, I was pleased to see how well he explained everything and every number on the contract with my daughter, to give my her a better understanding about buying a car. The whole car buying experience was WONDERFUL! Not once did we feel pressured during the whole time we were there. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and had excellent customer service, even the Service Advisor. We will be back and we will tell all our friends and family about Sterling Navasota Chevrolet!”
