“I love this place. It’s huge, largest variety of equipment I have seen at a fitness center. The machines are well taken care of, the place is always clean, everything works, and the staff is attentive and friendly. They even have two Jacobs ladders which In my opinion are the best equipment for overall fitness available. Daycare staff is also great and the hours are really good throughout the week and even during the weekend. I have brought my 3 year old and he always has a great time while I’m working out. The price of the memberships and week passes are very affordable and worth it for what you get. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody.”

“I am someone who has struggled with my weight my whole life and have always been a bigger girl. 6 months ago I decided to make a change for my health and start taking better care of myself. I had reached a point in the last month that I really was struggling with accountability and continuing to come up with exercises without having to do all of the research myself. I had a friend recommend F45 because they had a good experience there. When I drove up the first time, I almost turned around because I had never done anything like this. I am someone who has spent her whole life staying away from places like this out of fear that I wouldn't be accepted or supported. Let me just say that this was the complete opposite of my experience and I am so glad that I took the leap to try something new. I walked in and Mike immediately made me feel welcome. Each trainer working there is certified and has the knowledge to work with you on your individual needs. Even though it is a circuit and everyone is doing the same thing, the environment is extremely supportive and they will accommodate any exercise for your needs. I am one year postpartum from a c-section and they have been wonderful about helping me the way that I need it. Each class is set up with two to three trainers so there is constant support and they push you when you need it, but also modify when you need it as well. Their goal is to have you get the most out of your 45 minutes with great form and doing things on your own level. I could not recommend this place enough. As someone who was scared of places like this, who lives in a bigger body, is dealing with changes after having a baby, and who desperately needed accountability.... THIS HAS BEEN MY SAVING GRACE. I promise you will not regret doing this for yourself. This community is one of a kind!”

“I am so impressed with my dogs after the "Stay-N-Change" Program! My dogs attended the playschool during the day for months before I chose to enroll them in the program. They were very much loved and given space and time to open up at the playschool - they never had an issue there. I adopted my dogs from a shelter and they were very skiddish - one has bit people and the other used to run from me and bark and run away from strangers. After the "Stay-N"Change" program, I have the tools to call them back to me, to keep them from barking excessively, and they are all around more calm. I am so impressed and so are my friends! My friends seriously said "I didn't think there was hope for your dog. This is amazing." Thank you Adam!! So grateful to the Transform My Dog team!!!”

Do not listen to the bad reviews. The staff is AMAZING!!! The entire facility is clean, efficient, and definitely judgment free. “Starting back S&W to get back into shape after getting my vaccinations. Unfortunately, they have had to cut back on their group class schedule. I used to go to Body Pump on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Highpoint or Del Norte, but there is no Tuesday class at either location. So I tried Riverpoint's Body Pump class at 9:30AM. It's 6-minute longer drive to Riverpoint then Del Norte from my house, so it's not too bad. Same quality of instructors and equipment. I'm still hoping that the Highpoint Body Pump glass gets reinstated.”

You can pay for a fob to admit you at any time and they honor Silver Sneakers. There are also supplements for sale and complimentary water for you to refill. Large windows with wetlands view and air conditioning make this a nice place to get fit. Stairstepping, rowing, treadmills, ellipticals, weights, most everything is there.”
