“I am someone who has struggled with my weight my whole life and have always been a bigger girl. 6 months ago I decided to make a change for my health and start taking better care of myself. I had reached a point in the last month that I really was struggling with accountability and continuing to come up with exercises without having to do all of the research myself. I had a friend recommend F45 because they had a good experience there. When I drove up the first time, I almost turned around because I had never done anything like this. I am someone who has spent her whole life staying away from places like this out of fear that I wouldn't be accepted or supported. Let me just say that this was the complete opposite of my experience and I am so glad that I took the leap to try something new. I walked in and Mike immediately made me feel welcome. Each trainer working there is certified and has the knowledge to work with you on your individual needs. Even though it is a circuit and everyone is doing the same thing, the environment is extremely supportive and they will accommodate any exercise for your needs. I am one year postpartum from a c-section and they have been wonderful about helping me the way that I need it. Each class is set up with two to three trainers so there is constant support and they push you when you need it, but also modify when you need it as well. Their goal is to have you get the most out of your 45 minutes with great form and doing things on your own level. I could not recommend this place enough. As someone who was scared of places like this, who lives in a bigger body, is dealing with changes after having a baby, and who desperately needed accountability.... THIS HAS BEEN MY SAVING GRACE. I promise you will not regret doing this for yourself. This community is one of a kind!”

A lot of my friends told me about the pain afterwards and the inconvenience of your mouth being swollen but Dr. Ahmed did a tremendous job in making sure I didn't feel a single thing. “The person posting a review about "bureaucratic process called iPledge" is wrong in giving the pharmacy a bad review over that. They have to conduct business by policy and abide by laws. That is out of their hands. Anyway, this pharmacy is great! Our whole family gets their prescriptions here. They are always helpful and quick. Filling our prescriptions online is easy and quick too. They answer all our questions and do whatever they can to help us with insurance coverage and to save money. Whenever we need help looking for something on the sales floor, they do that too. “Stan is truly a God send! After my lipo and bbl I was overwhelmed with all the options in Houston for lymphatic massages. I didn’t know where to start. After reading his 5 star reviews I gave him a call. He answered and before we hung up I had an appointment and better yet he would come to me instead of me having to find a ride to him! “I literally hate working out. I couldn't be more lazy if I wanted to be, but the kickboxing classes here are so fun and martial arts focused, rather than cardio, that I get an intense work out while also enjoying myself, and becoming a stronger human being. I'm learning self defense & burning calories like no body's business! Plus, the environment is really clean, and aesthetically conducive to a healthy life and attitude. Wouldn't pay to go anywhere else! ^_^”
