With a built-in table and bench also on the ground level, a giant patio with seating for 10 on the main level and a balcony with 4 more seats, this home truly has outdoor living in mind. The interior is immaculate and completely furnished with a beachy/coastal theme. No detail was overlooked in comfort and convenience. A High Efficiency washer and dryer are available for use. Each bathroom even has a hair dryer. Two king beds, two full beds and two twin beds are yours to sink into and relax and sleep. Extra soft sheets and blankets and plenty of soft or firm pillows ensure a good night's rest. All linens are included. The Kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a variety of meals, small or large. Featuring granite counters, a large farmhouse sink, new Samsung appliances, top of the line small appliances (including a Keurig) - this is one well-appointed Kitchen! There is plenty of dining ware, glassware and flatware and everyone will have a seat between the island peninsula that seats four and the dining room table that seats six. Every bedroom has it's own TV and fan (including the bunky room) as does the spacious and comfortable main living area. DirectTV and Wi-Fi are included. This home is located extremely close to the beach. You are a just a two minute walk to the sand and surf at the end of the street - about 110 yards away. Local restaurants and shops (including the peninsula's main grocer) are also very close by. There is a number of fun outdoor attractions nearby as well, from wildlife refuges to The Strand and Pleasure Pier in Galveston. “This park was very good to us, we had a PA card and it was only good for 4 days, but it was slow and we stayed for 8 days they gave us the entire 8 days the PA discount. Plus it was less than a mile to the beach and it wasn't crowded. We will be coming back.”

“We have been coming here since 2015. I checked other places but this is the best. Fabulous staff, reasonable prices and great location! We camp here every summer for 2 months at a time. We have also camped the whole month of February. It doesn't matter what time of year you come in, the park is still clean! We like it so much that we have already booked for next summer! The staff is wonderful! They greet everyone of my grandchildren by name. And Stacy is the BEST when it comes to maintaining the property! We LOVE it here! The only way we would change places is if Gloria, Cindy and Stacy were no longer here!!”
