“OTR driver here who had a breakdown just south of San Antonio TX while loaded up heading to Nevada. I was able to drive to the shop at roughly 830pm. About midnight, I was up running again. However, shortly after I left the facility, the problem still persisted so I went directly back to the shop. The tech maintenance guys continued to work on my truck until 3am when I was finally back up and running and on my way to Nevada. It's not that their mechanics are head and shoulders above anywhere else I've bee, but the fact they worked diligently through the night to get me back on the road before the sun was up. Exceptional company. Very satisfied”

“I had a recent road call with this gentlemen and I’m very impressed with his technician the diagnosed my trailer light issue and how updated his tech was now a days model trucks have different locations for the fuse box I was only aware of the one in my fire wall in the front of my vehicle and the one in my cab in my passenger right dashboard. The tech knew about the fuse box located right under the cat walk of my truck. Long story short he found a wire went to the fuse box and also know as a breaker box was broken repaired it very well and all my lights came back on. Thank you very much marco Lopez for this road service and very reasonably priced I can’t argue with good tech quality work along with customer service again thank you. “Let's be honest people. Nobody enjoys needing repairs. I was recently in an OOS situation with urgent need of repairs. One Stop Shop responded to those needs quickly and professionally. Replacing a wheel seal is not a quick process. I was not only offered a private comfortable place to rest while the repairs were being done, I was also offered the use of the owners private vehicle to get something to eat. The shop was clean, organized, and adequately furnished with all the necessary tools to professionally complete the task. I felt I received very good service for a very reasonable price. I read a negative review about the place but could only assume the author made an unfair assessment. I would not only recommend this shop, but would certainly use it again should the need arise”
