“Dan’s electrical department has done an over the top project on my 1970’s work house. He’s gotten it up to date on codes, repaired wiring errors, replaced both work panels and added new lighting and fans in some pretty tough situations. He’s even open to learning and working on shielding/reduction principles and practices I wanted to do greatly reducing the unhealthy fields that were present. Just wish he wasn’t so busy like most good electricians are!”

“TLDR: Great experience-- definitely recommend. I was really pleased with my experience with Vicki and her team. Divorce is never easy to deal with, but she and her staff were understanding and receptive to my concerns. They were sympathetic to my situation but also realistic in setting expectations with me and that really helped along the way. I also have ZERO experience with anything like this (verses my ex-spouse who is now twice divorced). They advocated for me, but also let me set the pace and tone of how things proceeded. Now, to give a total honest review, you have to know one thing about me: I am as frugal as it is possible to be. I just don't want to be frivolous in my expenditures and many other lawyers I interviewed kind of laughed at my concerns about cost and trying to keep my expenses as low as I possibly could (I know, I know, whoever heard of a cheap divorce?! I get it). But Vicki listened and understood where I was coming from. With their consideration of my concerns, I knew each email I sent and each phone call I made would be well worth the expense because they knew what it meant to me to be spending like that. A few things, for example, deductibles, I needed to pause and turn upward before I continued. Other than that I was fulfilled. “Professional, listens well, makes you feel like a person not a disease. When my husband had his MI even though Dr. McGregor was not on call and had not seen my husband before he came to the hospital to see him. He explained in detail the procedure to prove or disprove he had an MI. Though my husband did not have the usual symptoms of an MI they took him seriously and treated it as an MI, thank goodness they did. Once the blood work results were in they had him in surgery to put in STENTS in less than 10 minutes. The STENTS were put in by his partner, Dr. M. Bujak another excellent Dr.”

“Last night my daughter injured her arm and we knew immediately we needed to take her somewhere. A friend told me that if your child ever breaks their arm to go to Next Level because they can cast in house for a minimal fee as opposed to having to go to a secondary location. We headed to Next Level and appreciated that they had standard self pay rates as our family is part of a Christian health sharing network and doesn't technically have insurance. We were greeted and quickly moved into a room to answer a few questions with our tech (William). While waiting for the provider to come in our daughter said she had to use the bathroom so I carried her to the bathroom and sat her on the seat. Instinctively she extended her hurt arm down to grab the seat and brace herself (she's only 2.5 and still potty training). She cried immediately and grabbed her arm again and told me she was done. I cleaned her up and carried her back into our room and all of a sudden she started to lift her arm and climb around to our surprise. Our provider (Ivan) entered and asked us a few questions but quickly started high fiving our daughter and examining her arm. He concluded she may have had nurses elbow (pulled elbow) and 'fixed' it when she extended her arm to brace herself on the toilet. He left and returned a few moments later saying we were cleared to go and wouldn't be charged for our visit as they didn't technically help us. Honestly, we would have paid the fee for their time because of the service they offered. I have never been treated so kindly and graciously by a medical provider and HIGHLY recommend Next Level to anyone needing urgent care! Thank you Next Level Sugar Land team and William and Ivan! You made an incredibly worrisome and difficult situation as painless and stress-free as possible.”
