“Best nursing home in Richmond area. I’m a retired nursing home administrator now, so I understand how things operate in such facilities. It’s not perfect, but the therapy department is great, nursing is good, some of them need to go, but that’s in all homes. The doctors that come in for specialty care are great and the overall operation is good. It is hard to get through on the phone, but you ask the nurse what’s the best time to try and call around that time if possible. SD”
