As a responsible manager he has to follow extremely strict bank rules or he could put other customers & Chase bank at risk. He is easily available & a pleasure to work with. My whole family used to bank with with him on Mason Rd, now we follow him to the Cross Creek Branch. Mason Rd/Highlands branch is definitely not very friendly.
