Danielle had a 6 week challenge that I joined and it taught me so much about not only fitness, but also nutrition which is a huge component to our health. I was apprehensive because I've heard there's a lot of injuries with Cross Fit, however this gym is the best about teaching you proper form and not pushing weight on you and you can go at your own pace. I can see how people could get injuries with Cross Fit, but not at this gym!!! After the 6 week challenge I lost 12 lbs and 12 inches and gained SO much more strength and energy! I literally feel the best that I have in years after just 6 weeks of working out and healthy eating. Danielle and Luke push you and motivate you and I'm always excited for the next class!
