I felt very welcome and there was a lot of positive energy, even on the 5 am class!!!. The 5 am coach was very good at making sure I was performing the movements correctly and spent time with each one of the class participants correcting and giving advise on how to improve. This box has a very positive energy and sense of community which motivates you to work hard while making new friends.
