I've been coming to this location for oil changes and state inspections for about two years and have always gotten great service! Tam always greets me out front with a friendly smile, and is professional and courteous. He's my favorite, and the reason I keep coming back. The lobby is always clean and smells nice. The staff at the counter are always helpful and kind. The service is great-quick, easy and fair price. I never feel like I am being "upsold". Today I dropped my car off for an inspection and oil change and wasn't gone even an hour before they called to let me know it was ready! I had mentioned to Tam a sound my car was making, and they let me know at the counter that I needed to have my wheel bearings checked. I am so grateful they did, because when I went to have them checked, sure enough I needed one replaced, and was educated on the dangers of driving with a bad wheel bearing! Thank you Waxahachie Kwik Kar for taking such great care of me and my car!
