“Stopped by this morning & got good customer service from the teller. Friendly & helped me with my transactions. She even verified my address which no other location does. The teller helped my with my expired debt card which was my own fault, not theirs. I failed to activate my new card once I received in mail. The teller issued me a temp card & told me a new one was on the way, but not to forget to activate once I receive. Teller went out of her way to activate temp card for me. I've had this account for 5 years and I never have issues or so called hidden fees. This bank offers a mobile app & I view my account daily and NEVER see any charges or hidden fees”

Could not get Chase Bank to work with me when I needed checks cleared for my business to continue, even upper management told me there was nothing they could do and that banks are not allowed to verify funds anymore due to privacy issues. Well, thanks to Denise at WestStar I found that is not the whole truth and you can still verify funds. They got my check cleared and allowed me to continue on with my business with no delays. Anyone looking for used tires at good price, this place is highly recommended. You can get each tire for as low as 20 bucks! They will charge an additional $2.5 for your old tire disposal if you leave them there though. Still pretty good deal.”

The unit was cleaned, organized and not over crowded like some banks can get.
