“I'll start with the pros: I love my doctor. I have been going to her for 12 years now. She always makes me feel very comfortable and as if she's taking my symptoms seriously. I also love my nurse practitioner. She always lets me know I can call her line if I have any questions that need immediate attention. Now the cons: front desk personnel could be friendlier. There are several that are very nice and several that are not very kind. However, I have empathy for them having to deal with sick/panicking patients all day. I've been there and I understand. They could all stand for some retraining.”

“I use this location as a local Primary Care Facility. I have had my primary care physician switched twice without me being advised when it was done. I was in limbo waiting for service review was only then told that the physician had left service at this location. The new primary care physician seems to be okay. She has asked necessary questions I think to get information needed to complete my basic care. Compared to other locations that I have been too, this location is very efficient with time. The staff here seem to care about the job they do and the veterans they help. I have called for needed things and was able to get those things done via this location.”

I can not thank this group of people enough for what they have done for my dad. I wished there was more people like the staff at Horizon Medical Center. The care they gave my dad went above and beyond the call. They treated him with respect and courtesy and compassion. They showed me and my family with the same kindness and respect. And they let us help where we could with my dad rehab. In my dad's last days they showed us so much love and compassion and understanding. May God Bless you all. The resiptortary therapist was determined to help get the pneumonia out of my dad's lungs. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family for their loved ones. Having long term body pain from all kind of reasons, I thought was normal to have this horrible pain that I have been told by other doctors is a chronic and debilitating health issues I have. "Old age they call it" I was amazingly surprised by the professional ladies working at the front desk .they were kind, respectable and helpful. From the entrance all the way to the end every single person there were professional and to the point, if I have a question they will answer. Finally at the end of my appointment I went home with a diagnosis , "unbelievable" same day diagnosis. I was explain very clear in words I could understand the findings of my test. “Everyone has been absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. I love that when I arrive I get to go right back and start physical therapy with Jordan. He makes me feel comfortable and challenged so I can improve my issues. Dr Camacho listened to me and spent adequate time during our initial consultation to get my medical history. He has started analyzing, diagnosing, and helping me improve my pain and skeletal issues after just 3 visits. I have never worked out or been active besides Zumba, but I honestly look forward to my physical therapy every time I have it. It is worth it for me to drive 70 miles each way to have the service and patient relationship that this practice offers.”

Dr. Dean performed her surgery on July 19, 2021 and today November 11 2021, she has now been walking perfectly with ZERO limping for several weeks now. She had TPLO and Troclear Sulcoplasty. We were late to our appointment due to an accident on highway and they were understanding and we didn’t have to wait too long. Easy paperwork process and front desk was nice.
