To be quite honest, I'm not sure what any reviews on here mentioning difficulties in communication are talking about. I took a bridesmaid dress in to get alterations, and it actually ended up being better than what I had expected, and for a great price and fast service. The dress fits like a dream (not to tight but tight enough in the right places).

I had no trouble communicating what I wanted with the folks at Colony Plaza Tailoring; all it took was a bit of patience and understanding. Honestly, I would prefer to spend a small amount of extra time explaining what I want, knowing I am at a place where I am going to get quality and value, rather than being able to just spew out a few words and hope that the tailor understands what I want. Maybe that's just me, but if you relate to that sentiment, then I highly recommend Colony Plaza cleaners & Tailoring.

They always provide quality work and are professional about their business. I have always been pleased with their dry cleaning and will continue to use them. They are always friendly and welcoming too, which makes it a joy to see them when I drop off my clothes.

WOW! Upon reading all these negative reviews below me, I am really, really surprised! I don't know what those people are talking about. My service was OUTSTANDING! and yes I have to admit the English isn't perfect, but definitely understandable. As a small business owned by a cute, korean couple, it's clear they're working hard to make ends meet.

They were so kind and so polite to me and my boyfriend. I desperately needed my dress hemmed in time for a wedding, and not only was it ready the next day, I could tell it was hemmed with great love, attention and care!

If I was able to give them 6/5 stars, I totally would.

I had some of my nice button up shirts cleaned here while I was in town for business. They did an awesome job, and my clothes came back good as new! I highly recommend their services!
