“North Texas Chimney & Hearth came out an installed our new gas two sided fireplace. I can't tell you enough how impressed I was with the whole process. We went to their showroom and Kyle was knowledgeable and helpful picking out our new unit. First time install was scheduled framing wasn't done yet but they were able to reschedule us a week later. Had the gas unit in with piping up into the attic in about 3 1/2 hours. Stephen and Chris did install and were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards with all the attic instillation that fell. They are coming back for start up once our contractor is done with construction, but this homeowner would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their fireplace! *****Update 6/22/21***** Kyle, Stephen, and Chris came out today for the start up. They were knowledgeable explaining everything to me and had everything lit up and burning in under 2 hours. I'm extremely pleased with final result and will definitely use NTX Chimney for my service and maintenance.”
