“Will never go to another fitness center! I started with physical therapy next door after 3 consecutive surgeries on my knee in 6 months. They were great in transitioning me to the gym. All of the gym staff are wonderful! Friendly and helpful. They require cleaning after every machine use, and provide the supplies to do so. They have everything you would need for people like me just building up strength to walk, all the way to things for people like my son, who i attempting to become the incredible hulk. Love this place!”

“Party of 4 and we got the Hungry Platter. Plenty to eat. Included traditional sushi, tempura, and more. Shared some wine and enjoyed a nice visit over dinner. Waiter was kind but pretty busy. We arrived about 6:15 and the bar was full. Soon after, all the tables were full and the 'to go' parking was busy as well. The food is fresh and tasty. We will go back.”
