The pedicure was super relaxing and this was my first time with the NexGen manicure; the technician did a great job explaining to me what it was and why it was different from acrylic. It would have been a five-star rating except that two of my nails look thinner across than they really are, so it looks a little funny up close (like I have finger fat on each side), and I wish that my toe nails looked a little glossier with the French tip. I’ll definitely still go back though, but maybe try to speak up a bit more to make my thoughts known next time. It’s still a great nail place and I would definitely recommend.”

“Clean and modern! The facility is super COOL - literally 😉 but honestly, the staff is incredibly kind and educational. Got a small tour of the place, you put on a cute lil snow outfit (robe, slipper boots, ear warmers, etc.) and step into a large freezer for a few minutes. I’ve never done cryo before, just ice baths through college. This is a must try and an even more MUST visit location!”

“Well maintained spa with friendly staff. I was seated pretty quickly and asked to fill out some waivers before they took me to the changing room. However I did not see the owner/manager, there were 2 girls who seemed to be working there. So I do wish they greeted more professionally and went over the services I was suppose to receive and if there was anything else I wanted to add to my service. I would’ve also preferred a proper introduction to the person who assisted me for the day. The tea and baklava at the end of the service was very nice. I would suggest that they keep extra lotion or oil for people who don’t bring their own. And perhaps keep disposable hair brushes for people to use after the showers or atleast let them know that they don’t provide them either. Overall my expectations were a bit high for this place but I still found it to be relaxing. The girl who assisted me was very sweet but I could tell she’s very young and not very experienced. Maybe next time I’ll try their other services and see how that goes.”
