“When no one else would... Let me preface this by saying I’m 29 years old and have had horrible teeth my whole life. I never smiled in pictures and covered my mouth when I talked to people. When no one else would even touch my case (yes it was that bad), Dr. Gandy and staff welcomed me with open arms. Other offices told me that I’d have to have 2 major surgeries before they’d even consider taking me on, and even then the chances were about 1%. Dr. Gandy committed to doing the best he could with my case, and let me know that results could be limited. Here I am a year+ later, not only am I getting close to being finished …. but he was able to do what everyone else has deemed impossible! I have straight teeth! My bite is getting to be almost perfect! My overall health has improved as a result! The results have NOT been limited! The passion and compassion he and his staff have are unparalleled. The team made sure I was notified and reminded of my appointment (just like the rest of you all; life tends to get busy now days). My Hygienist, Sharese, made sure to tell me everything that she was going to do before she did it. This made me SUPER comfortable. She also completed one of the best cleanings that I have had to date. Dr. Wang, oh where do I start! She was personable, charismatic, and attentive to all of my needs. At the time I had a new crown which made my bite stronger on one side. Their bite analyzing machine was being worked on at the moment but, they made sure to get back with me to when it was fixed. Now I have a normal bite again and I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Natural Focus Dental! I highly recommend.”
