From the kind women at the front desk, to the convenience of texting about appointments and actually speaking with a real person on the phone, to the grace when I was super late because I went to the wrong location, to the extremely kind and helpful hygienist, to the sweet and caring dr (Dr. Byrd). Ideal Dental of West Frisco went above and beyond to make my husband and I both feel welcomed, cared for, and at ease. They made special accommodations for my husband wheelchair, both upon entry and in the cleaning area, and made sure that he was totally comfortable for his appointment. I’ve never had such great care at a dental office. I can only hope that everyone has as great of an experience as we have had here today. My faith in humanity has been restored!
