I can not thank this group of people enough for what they have done for my dad. I wished there was more people like the staff at Horizon Medical Center. The care they gave my dad went above and beyond the call. They treated him with respect and courtesy and compassion. They showed me and my family with the same kindness and respect. And they let us help where we could with my dad rehab. In my dad's last days they showed us so much love and compassion and understanding. May God Bless you all. Me and my family appreciate everything they did. Each nurse was loving and caring. Each nurse's aide was the same. The resiptortary therapist was determined to help get the pneumonia out of my dad's lungs. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family for their loved ones. “With the many bad reviews I was very skeptical of this place and especially so because my daughter was getting her blood drawn. I had a great experience I was able to check-in 10 mins before my 7:30 AM time and I was seen 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Our nurse was patient and kind to my daughter who was a toddler and we needed an extra nurse but she helped me in order to get it done. Immediately after they consoled my daughter and me and once we received a sticker she was fine. It was quick and easy and was out by 7:37.”

“It's always nerve wracking when I place has multiple bad reviews, so I wanted to share my positive experience. I was having multiple scans done, and scheduling was very easy. The schedulers were friendly and helpful, and the information I was given about my insurance payments was correct (so far, still waiting for a final bill). Both people that did my scans were compassionate and professional, and really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. The scans were done in a timely manner. Just super great folks working in the back! The only thing I subtract one star for is: the mask policy. Masking is heavily enforced by the front desk ladies. They gave me a mask, but would not provide one for my husband. They very pointedly told him he either had to go find his own mask or wait elsewhere. Meanwhile, behind the desk (two feet behind the check-in desk) no one was wearing a mask. Once you go back for scans, no one is wearing a mask. Considering the mixed messages they're sending, I would encourage them to provide masks for all who enter, or switch to a mask optional policy.”

“Dr Dejong is always following up with his patients to make sure that they are not only benefitting from his service but also from the advice he offers. "Dr D" has a friendly and upbeat professional personality that makes it easy to relax during your appointment. Besides performing an adjustment or other chiropractic services he also offers advice, plans, and assistant for his patients to live a healthier and more fulfilling life. You may not realize it but when you leave his office all health aspects are better (e.g. mental, digestive, etc). I would recommend Dr Dejong to all and any of my personal patients.”
