Tricia has always been absolutely wonderful, I've been a customer here for months. Always very friendly and understanding. When I've had personal issues that made it hard for me to pay on time they've helped me figure out a way to get it taken care of without leaving me broke in the end. Truly appreciate the care for customers, I never feel like I'm being screwed over by a a bank or something that doesn't care about me, just my money. Very easy process too. Always my first choice for financial aid!
