“January 2020 (right before Covid shut everything down) we retained Ms. Tress to handle 2 very serious felony charges against my husband. Ms. Tress was great to work with and I am sure she got frustrated with my husband (and probably me as well) with asking questions, sometimes more that once because we didn't understand why certain things did or did not happen and why the case made it as far as it had and why it was taking so long to either get it dismissed or to trial to get it over with so that we could try to get on with our life and not have to stress about it because when we retained Ms. Tress, our issue before my husband's arrest started in 2018. My husband told Ms. Tress from the start that we would have to go to trial if the DA doesn't drop or dismiss the charges because he would never take a plea offer because he is innocent and by taking a plea, he would be admitting guilt to something he did not do. Long story short, almost 3 years after my husband's arrest and the stress, anxiety, worrying, and plenty of tears and getting ready for trial that was to being this week, Ms. Tress called us last Thursday and informed us that the DA is dismissing the case. THANK YOU MS. TRESS for being patient with my husband and I. I am sure we were probably hard to deal with at times and not understanding some things and questioning things and you probably questioned why you took our case but we are so thankful for all that you have done and so grateful that we got the results we wanted even though it really isn't over until we clear his record but again. “I live two blocks from this 711 and have been going here for years. There is an older gentleman clerk who smokes cigarettes who has worked there for a long time, and always gives me good service. Considering this location is behind the jail, and is overrun by homeless folks, the older clerk has incredible patience. I am surprised he has been able to tolerate such a job, Considering the rude people he is routinely dealing with. On the downside, this clerk works the most and does it all, and sometimes he has to close the store late at night, because he works the truck all by himself. Frankly this guy is a rare gem of a person, and deserves a big raise and better position. He has to be over 50, and the place is family run. And not one young man comes to help him stock the store he does is alone. Do consider this before you talk bad about him, think about his work and customer service ethics. Thanks for everything 711.”

“Anything Automotive is "Anything but Ordinary". The owners are real car guys to start. They both started as technicians and have real knowledge of cars. They use this knowledge to run their business and ensure that the services provided at their shop are always top notch. They do it all, just like the name says, "Anything Automotive". I have taken 4 different vehicles to the shop for a variety of issues. I have never been disappointed in the experience. Between the owners (John and Jason) and the shop manager (James), the communication is always excellent. They always keep me informed every step of the way and are never too busy to spend as long as it takes on the phone or in person to ensure that we are on the same page on repairs needed and the cost. The technicians they have on staff are knowledgeable and professional. Everyone in the shop is honest to a fault and will do whatever is necessary to get your car back on the road. Most recently, I had them replace the motor in my 2012 Dodge Ram. It took about a week and a half. I got my truck back and as expected, it was perfect. The quote they gave me was the price I paid, even with a little extra work they did after seeing it needed to be done. I simply could not be happier with the work these guys do. I also could not recommend them more strongly. I simply will not take my vehicles anywhere else.”
