Charles is one of the best realtors we’ve had. Definitely the hardest working and willing to do anything he can to make home buying or selling process as smooth as possible. We moved from another state and could not make it to look at a house before we needed to put an offer on it. He drove almost 2 hours to take several videos of the neighborhood, our house inside and out, and the entire 21 acres it was on. Charles was a great real estate agent for me and my wife as we moved from California to Texas. He worked closely with us on finding the exact needs and locations during the height of COVID. He went above and beyond allowing us to face time the properties while we were in California and recommended a great local inspector to use. This saved us countless dollars as some of the properties looked great online but the inspection found several costly repairs that would be needed.
