“Great customer service. The Caf staff really treat you like family. The food options are best during weekday lunches. If you go at a time in the middle of a class period, check out Juan the Sandwich Man. His line should be about as short as it’ll get. Ask for a special and you won’t be disappointed. Dinner options are usually okay. However, I don’t recommend going on the weekends. The people are great but there aren’t as many people working, so there are few options.”

“This is hands down the best Starbucks location that I have ever been to, the team is efficient kind and caring. Lissette deserves a Starbucks award, so does Brittany. I have never written a Starbucks review, even though I go to Starbucks many times a week. I watched as Lisette demonstrated unbelievable customer service by carefully arranging all the orders and taking care of the customers at the same time. Unfortunately I am only in town for one night so we'll probably never go to this Starbucks again!”

“First- let’s talk about the beautiful artwork that barista Faatimah created. Her work to advertise this particular establishment is always interesting and beautifully created. Her creativity has always inspired me. I have seen her design numerous signs for Starbucks- as she is hunched over and meticulously drawing. I have included her art below. Second, speaking of barista Faatimah, she introduced me to the London Fog tea. She explained how the hint of lavender will warm my soul— it was just wonderful. I did challenge her however, to make this into an iced drink in which she did not fail. Now this has become my favorite drink. Barista Faatimah, though quiet- she reveals her knowledge of coffee through her silent expressions. I found out that she obtained a special recognition of “Coffee Master”. I truly can see her hard work of learning what it takes to be a great and hardworking barista. Her attention to details is what makes her coffee special. I also love the way she designs my name on the cup. At one point I took my mother and father here and she wrote their names with these cute designs for them. My mom felt so special- she had tears in her eyes. It made my mom smile and for that, I am forever thankful of barista Faatimah’s kindness and thoughtfulness. Barista Rusty- he always welcomes me with a smile. He always Inquires about my family and always been respectful. His laughter and smile is always welcoming and I never felt like an outcast. He treats me like one of the family. At times he is funny as his laughter explodes and radiates around the room. You cannot help but join in. A real gem. Barista Amber—though she is fairly new to me, the few times I have entered, she always welcomes me with big smiles as she address me with terms of endearment—which makes me feel special. I see great things for her as she treats me with the upmost respect and kindness. Barista Jarred, I have known for awhile now especially if I come in the evening. . He’s always friendly and shares his wonderful stories of his baby animals. I always feel apart of his moments as he explains his love for his puppies. His knowledge about different topics is always impressive. Never a dull moment with him. He conversations make you feel never alone.- a real people person! **This Batista team (Faatimah, Rusty, Amber, and Jarrod and others) at this establishment (Coppell Starbucks) always has a welcoming smile and wonderful attitude with a warm appreciation. I am a teacher, one time I asked them to take a picture with “Flat Stanley” for my first graders — and they totally did. You can see Faatimah and Rusty holding - (the others are no longer there) (sorry blurred faces ☺️) I will always be appreciative and blessed to experience a people friendly, respectful, and neighborly atmosphere. “I shop at this location often, every time i come I get Starbucks, its a habit :) In the mornings, DeJuan is so incredibly nice and so efficient, he is very polite!! “I’m not big on coffee, but I’ve come here for the breakfast tacos. I started getting them when the coffee shop was still located in Zavala’s BBQ. They are always soooo good and heavily filled. I highly recommend the brisket egg and cheese taco. The shop is very cute and in a great location. Everyone there was very friendly and it didn’t take long to get our order.”

“It's a starbucks! The workers are super nice, you really have to time it at the right time. sometimes the line is out of the parking lot and others it is a ghost town. I personally wouldn't sit outside here just because of the location. The walk up window can take a while, but again I'm usually in a rush (my problem, not theirs) and can't stop if the line is too long. If you order ahead but the line is long, its near impossible to get into the lot to pick up your order.”

“Good morning, everybody... So I had decided to want a more intimate breakfast meal and not something as big as ihop. This is a cute little cafe that I found online with some good reviews. I had Ms. Jackie, as my server she was an overbearing, yet she still was atentative. I happily say that I enjoyed my little bearings of what I actually came to accomplish. The parking is in the back to the side and in the front of the cafe. It is quite small, so just you know, bear in mind it's not going to be wide open space. The veggie omelet was perfect, and so were the pancakes. I have to say their banana pudding was a little different. It is homemade banana pudding.🍌 I kind of like my wafers cookies 🍘mushy.😋 Miss Jackie had also made a suggestion about some type of waffles which is not my favorite thing to eat for breakfast. And I believe something else was homemade too but I can't remember. But everyone should go and try it out! This has been open since I believe 1975, but unfortunately, Mr Pete is no longer around. But maybe the family steals owns it, not sure. But I'm so excited to see what Texas has with more cafes like this. These are my favorite things. The bigger ones are all right, but I like more intimate spaces.”

“Always love coming here for the wintermelon milk tea. Staff is pretty friendly. it's typically very busy on weekends but this Saturday 2/4/23 wasn't too bad. We didn't wait too long to receive our order. They have a handful of games in 9ne corner- Jenga, uno, etc- to keep you entertained if you stay & chill or whole you wait for your order. They ask how much ice you want in your drink and level of sweetness. 30% hits the spot for me. IMO, if you're adding boba to your drink, the boba sweetens the drink slightly so you really only need 30% sugar in the drink. My brothers get up to 70%, they love it, that level is a bit too sweet for me.”

“This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Dallas! We came here to celebrate our friend's birthday because we had been away from Asia for a long time, so we chose an Asian restaurant to cure our homesickness. All the dishes we ordered came in BIG portions, were authentic and tasted good! I especially recommend the spring roll, the shrimp inside is fresh and sweet. Dip it in the sour sauce and it's delicious! Also, their pho is amazing! The beef is medium rare, so the texture is tender and melted in my mouth.”

“If you're looking for a refreshing pennyworth mung bean drink (rau ma), this is the place! It's a cute little boba shop that's hidden to the side near Cali Saigon Mall. I had trouble locating it the first time, but it's around the corner from the strip mall (facing Belt Line Road). They offer a variety of drinks ranging from fruit teas, and smoothies to more traditional ones like artichoke tea and pennyworth drink, which is what I always get. Prices are pretty typical, around $5-6 for a cup. The service is fast and the place has some tables if you want to study here. They also have snacks such as banh trang tron, soup cua, bo bia, etc-- but I haven't tried those yet.”

“I'm not really into Milk Tea, but my sister LOVES this place so I came with her. Her & my niece got the Monster Bobo & I got the Taro Milk Tea (has non-dairy cream). I prefer a Taro smoothie, but enjoyed this!! 😋 They have quite a bit of options to choose from. The salmon skins, however, are an acquired taste. It has the texture of pork skins & are very seasoned, but I think I'll like the potato ones better so will have my sister grab me a bag next time. Was happy to see the salmon is Wild Caught!! 👏🏽 My niece & I gave it ⭐⭐⭐. Their customer service is phenomenal!!!🧋”
