“Love this gym! I was so skeptical at first, but ended up loving the infrared workouts. I can see a difference in my skin, sleep patterns and core strength. The 24 hour access makes life so much easier when my schedule is out of whack, too. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are on point. The gym is always clean and I just love the Sunnyvale staff. Lexi and Kayden are always so cheerful and helpful. Amanda is straight up hilarious and always welcoming and helpful. The points and challenges are awesome, too. I finally found a gym that my sister will go with me to as well, so I love HW ten times more for that!
