Love EnKindle chiropractic!! I really look forward to my monthly visits. Dr Paul is amazing, he has helped me tremendously. I drive a lot for my work and it has caused a lot of stress in my back and neck. Since I have been visiting him it has made a huge difference in my daily life. I can’t recommend him and his wife enough!!

Well into my third trimester with my third child, I was having horrible sciatic pains even though I was seeing a chiropractor. My doula advised me to try Dr. Alex since I was not able to walk well at this point. Am I glad I listened to my doula. I have been under the care of a few chiropractors before, but this was very different. ONE week into my treatment and I am a happy mama thanks to Dr. Mama Bird! Started this adventure about 2 months ago. I had some lower back, hip, and neck issues. I thought just some typical aging issues of wear and tear. I remember struggling to walk up the stairs to my first appointment. Lots of pain and tightness in my lower back.
After my first adjustment and time with Dr. Paul, I easily walked down the stairs and drove home w no pain. He does a variety of things depending on the issues that week, but in just a few visits, I feel like I’m getting wellness checks and adjustments. I feel healthier, younger, and I’m able to do the things I want to do like swim, run, lift, and hike.

We were referred to Dr. Alex by our midwife. We started going to Dr. Alex so my wife could get adjusted while pregnant, this helped so much. While in labor my wife’s labor stalled and wasn't progressing, Dr. Alex adjusted her and was able to move the baby to help his head engage so labor could progress. Since then, Me, my wife and our baby have been adjusted monthly by Dr. Alex. She has done an excellent job! She is very detailed in her adjustments, she clearly is a top of the line chiropractor. While going there I sprained my SI Joint from a sports injury which is usually a month or so recovery, due to work I couldn’t take off a month. Dr. Alex was extremely impressive with how she was able to get me back within a week to walking normal. I believe every person should be under chiropractic care and Dr. Alex is an amazing Chiropractor to go to.

Working with Dr. Alex has been an absolute blessing in my life. She is deeply knowledgeable, so gentle and wonderfully kind. Every time I lay on her table, I immediately feel calm and relaxed. She often has profound words of wisdom for me and has made many suggestions of simple solutions that greatly improved my overall wellbeing. This woman is a true healer and takes that responsibility seriously.
