(April 21, 2022, 5:42 pm)I started seeing Dr. Alex Pankoke when I was 22 weeks pregnant in Fall 2020. She is knowledgeable and professional and has a specialty in perinatal care. I was more than prepared for my water birth in June 2021. My labor was less than 12 hours, and I was home in my bed 3 hours later. I am sure of the value her practice adds. My son started his chiropractor visits at two weeks old, and we continue to see her consistently. I can’t see us going anywhere else.
(September 28, 2020, 1:41 pm)I am so thankful to have found Dr. Alex while pregnant! She is so gentle and kind at each appointment, that I always leave feeling well taken care of. She started our first session in the best way, with education! With this being my first pregnancy, the education aspect is invaluable. She was thorough about explaining every procedure and is constantly educating us on a women's body during pregnancy, during labor and postpartum. She truly listens to your pains and offers great suggestions to do at home after care to help alleviate them. Since seeing her, my husband and I have become more active for the baby, have started doing nightly stretching and i just purchased my first exercise ball. Dr. Alex is priceless to have in your corner during pregnancy. I look forward to seeing her for years to come, even after pregnancy! Go see her, you wont regret it!
(September 22, 2020, 3:39 pm)Dr. Alex was pivotal both before but especially during my pregnancy! She is extremely knowledgeable in childbirth and her holistic and calm approach changed my whole perspective on childbirth! My husband and I signed up for her child birthing classes and learned so much from her! She also helped me change my mindset, let go of fear, and develop positive affirmations that I used during delivery! Also, I would see her regularly for adjustments that eased a lot of stress and tension in my body especially during the final days of my pregnancy!
She is a beautiful person inside and out, honest and extremely intelligent! She is a phenomenal resource and has so many contacts from lactation consultants, to baby sleep therapists and so much more! I look forward to her social media live sessions that are filled with helpful information!
Overall, she was an essential part of our pregnancy, and even now post delivery! I recommend Dr. Alex to ALL my pregnant (and even non pregnant) friends!
(June 30, 2020, 5:05 pm)Alex is fantastic. I am a trainer and coach so keeping my body in proper working order is a top priority. Alex is great at digging on on the little aches and pains that creep up over time and can really add up if they go untreated. She's also great at addressing bigger issues related to injuries and the like. Alex will also talk to you about why she's doing what she's doing if that's something that interests you. I found her knowledge insightful, accessible, and very helpful to me not only professionally but also personally with how I manage my own movement problems.
