“I have been with John Lee Ins for over 15 years. They always offer me multiple options with pro/con for my auto and home insurance to choice from of all these years. They follow thru all claims with greate customer service which I really do not need to worry any paper work and follow up with insurance company. Mr. Lee even answered my call at 4:00 am. and assist me with car tolling and insurance caim after my car accident. One of his rep call me at 10 am. and arrange adjuster to call me at 2 pm. I reeived my settlement check in a week. Though I was not happy with the other driver but I was extermently happy with the service I received from John Lee insurance.”
