Placed my order for JoAnn's on-line to take advantage of fabric sales. On-line shopping was a breeze! Used on-line shopping to avoid the crowds I had experienced a couple of years ago when the line to cut fabric had about 30 people waiting.

Of course I forgot a few things I needed to finish some Christmas gifts so when I picked up my on-line order I still needed to shop some. There were no lines!! Fabric cut promptly! Notions I needed were easy to find. The store was well stocked and the staff was available, not harried, and very friendly!

Great experience and beautiful fabrics! Even bought some clear vanilla for Christmas baking instead of the brown stuff.

Great customer service and selection. Not sure I liked the smell but probably it was a seasonal clash of some sort. Lots of reusable bags for purchase. Craft classes available. Coupons on app or mail.

They carry a variety of quality fabrics and some craft items. Staff is courteous. Have gwntleman that does knife sharpening in the store from 9-6 on yhe first Thursday of the month.
