My girlfriend asked me several months ago if she could "temporarily" leave her wrecked vehicle in my driveway, because her apartment manager would not allow it to stay. She had "misplaced" the title and needed it to sell to a junkyard.

Well after giving her multiple reminders to go to the DMV, I saw the ad for this company on one of their vehicles and called to inquire about selling a car with no titlep, then forwarded the info to my friend.
My friend still never called them, but she gave me the key and permission.
So I called them today and they offered only about $100 less than she had expected with a title.

They arrived within an hour of calling and the driver Gaby called to give an ETA and called again on arrival.

She was friendly and professional. I just needed to provide the key and my ID and she needed to take a pic of me holding the paperwork, since there was no title.

Once the car was on the truck I received the cash for my friend.

It could not have been an easier process, and now I have my full driveway back!

From the initial call taker to the removal of our car the customer service was top-notch. After she explained to me their procedures she then was kind enough to explain it again when my husband came in. She adjusted the pick up time to accommodate our needs and Carlos arrived as scheduled. He even called when he was on my street. He handled the business part of the pick up methodically and efficiently all the while exhibiting a friendly yet businesslike manner. He was skillful in getting the car onto the flatbed because its condition didn'tmake it easy. I was impressed by this service.
