“Based on my experience: very happy and satisfied with the results of my hair. I know personally the ability of Caribbean stylists and she definitely has it. As a customer, we need to understand that not necessarily will be attending at the exact time of our appointment, because it's an estimated time, each hair and treatment is different. So, we need to be patient, there or another salon. For me, if I receive great care of my hair and love the results, I don't care to wait a fair time. To get an appointment, I had to call a few times and a text message. But understood that she is only one (or two) while working so she usually responds on the same day and it's understandable. I recommend this salon and I will be going soon again.”

Everyone has their own little office spaces so it's all one-on-one. Very personal. Mary Ellen... ???? her! She is a super sweet person, very, very knowledgeable and personable. I enjoyed getting to know her as she did my hair. I felt immediately comfortable and she knew exactly what was going on with my "hair history" before she got to work. I LOVE my cut and color.
