“I was referred to Debbie Cunningham to probate my deceased husband's will. She was very straight forward with what she would be able to do. She would do uncontested wills. At the time, that was what I needed. About 1 week before probate, my stepson contested the will. I already knew Debbie would not do that part, but she called some colleagues in Fort Worth and found me an incredible attorney. She also refunded almost all of my retainer. When the will was finally probated (1 1/2 years later), I used her again to file all the paperwork. I decided to gift my house to my grandson. She took care of all of that in record time. Debbie is very approachable, very efficient, and communicates regularly. She was also very reasonable on the fees. I would most definitely use her again!”

Calling this place was the best decision of my life unlike the other place that I used to go to before this. They actually answer the phones and they do not cancel on you the day of or a few hours before like the place I used to go to. I have found this place very helpful and is the happiest thing I have ever done. The therapists here actually care about your mental health more than they care about getting a pay check. He went above and beyond to make sure I got all my paperwork in correctly, and that I had the sizing I needed for the exact amount of items I was storing. His quick communication made the most impact when we moved out of our storage unit over a weekend and were going to cancel the unit that Monday. He beat me to it on Monday morning with a call, because security had noticed our lock was off and items were moved out! I appreciate knowing now how secure our items were in this gated community.
