“Daniel with Pro Builders approached me about replacing our roof after the June 9, 2019 storm. He was at least the 10th roofer to knock or call. I had turned all of the previous ones down as they seemed like the make-a-quick buck kind of people. Daniel, however, was not only eager to earn our business but was ready to do whatever it took to make us satisfied customers. After meeting Joe as well, I knew that we had chosen wisely. Joe and Daniel met with us to go over insurance paperwork and explain the process. Daniel met with our insurance adjusters and pointed out some things that had been missed initially. The roofing day started bright and early. Joe was there to show me some of the supplies and explain why he chose particular items. The crew worked diligently and cleaned up everything at the day's end. Joe and Daniel have returned a couple of times to happily touch up minor places that only my persnickety self would find. Our roof looks great and should last many years or at least until the next rogue storm does something crazy. Friendly, professional and top quality - I highly recommend Pro Builders!”
