“I went in as a brand new patient with an emergency of 2 teeth that had been broken with one of them broken below the gum line with so much pain. Dr. Smith then explained all of the different scenarios as to what he could do to fix the situation. He was able to fix my problem with very little to absolutely no pain at all. He is very caring and very gentle when I was already in so much pain. Also, the staff is so remarkably very very great because although it was my first time being there they made my experience seem so very personable as if I had been going there for years. They used expanders, braces, and created retainers. Their price never changed from the initial quote and whenever we had a problem , such as one of my kids pulling a wire out of her braces, they would fix it without charging more. They had regular appointments to monitor their progress. How nice their teeth looked after two years of care from Smile Design Orthodontics! And, everything went just as the dentist described.
