(March 19, 2019, 11:52 pm)Kendrick is fantastic, I've had up and down service at these places and this guy handled up on my business so damn efficiently I just want to co-sign the job he's doing. Tmobile is foolish if they don't push him higher up as soon as possible if I were making hires id try to poach dude right there. I want Kendrick managing every TMobile I ever have to go into again.
For real tho go to the shop if you don't believe me, I have never in my life seen a telecoms outlet managed that tightly I was in and out in five minutes, worrying I was about to be stuck out an hour or two because of this complicated nonsense situation with my billing but nope, he respected my time more than I do like wow I need to reevaluate.
Really the most impressive customer service experience in my entire pitiful life. 10/10 that's a real one.
