I went in looking for black jeans and was disappointed that I couldn't find any I liked because I had a birthday coupon. I mentioned it to the girl (wish I knew her name) and she suggested I try this other style that I didn't even see. They didn't have my size, but she ordered them for me. They got here today, and they are fantastic! Thanks for recommending them. Every time I go to this location the customer service is amazing. It really makes shopping there a great experience.

Great experience! Traveled to Burlington for a meeting and checked out the stores. When I went into Loft the associate was very friendly and was someone who was definitely helpful. My thanks to Autumn. Thank you for making my travel welcoming.
