“My family has had GO for a while. We've been banking with them since it used to be named 'Dallas Telco'. Their customer service is always great and the reps are always very helpful. The only reason why I give them 4 stars is because the hold times to speak to a rep through phone is always at least 10 minutes. Without fail, there is always always a long wait time. Besides that though, they are great.”
