Paradigm gym is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Everyone is really friendly, members and staff alike. Brian, the owner, helped me sign up, showed me around and is very welcoming. Paradigm is accessible 24 hours a day, the locker room area is always spotless with a spa-like atmosphere, infrared saunas, cold eucalyptus towels, and more. The workout areas are also spotless with all new top level equipment. It has every weight and piece of equipment you could ever want or need. It is very difficult to find a luxury gym in Dallas that isn't overcrowded and here I can get in and out quickly without waiting to use equipment. It has amazing aesthetics and is very well organized. You can tell there is a lot of passion here and everything about this gym is intentional. I didn't think my dream gym existed until now!”

“I starting seeing Dr Naumes about 7 months ago for a breast issue and general wellness. Within 2 visits, I felt like I had a plan in place to help with both issues and I can honestly say that I feel completely different now. Dr Naumes was compassionate, well versed in her field, a great listener and really addressed the issues I came seeking help with. Now I can go in for a "tune up" when I feel I need it but it's wonderful to work with a medical professional who is actually about healing and curing problems, not just masking symptoms or giving pill after pill. “I have high dental anxiety...when I visited this establishment they actually had to wait for my heart rate to go down...its bad anxiety. However, dr Neville was honest, upfront, careful, and precise. I ended up having to get a crown lengthening performed and he walked me through the procedure and was honest that it may not work (it ended up working great!) but that the procedure wasn’t a sure thing. He at no point tried to force me into making a decision and was honest concerning the outcome. My procedure went great and dr Neville kept me informed throughout. Recovery was a breeze. I ended up getting to keep my tooth and did not require further treatment. After all this, my insurance company gave us the run around but dr Neville and his excellent staff worked with me through it all and communicated with my insurance until they paid for the service. I can not recommend this establishment enough! Excellent customer service and care at each stage of the process.”
