They are not only pleasant and helpful in answering questions while shopping, they really go out of their way to make sure you get all of the help you need. I bought 24 ceramic plates and I was pretty sure I was capable of getting them to my car by myself, but one very special employee (I wish I could remember her name) insisted that she help me get everything out to my car.
