“Despite the rough start living here, Stephanie has been really helpful and one of the best leasing agents I have met for an apartment complex. The apartment itself, I do believe it is extremely over priced. $1,135 - no balcony, no microwave, no storage or hallway closet space, no pantry space. Unfortunately, I will not be re-leasing because of the space. The only pro will be the bedroom, other than that the space itself is over priced and crammed. No dog park, just little dog stations. I understand we live fairly close to the white rock lake park, but it would be nice to have a fenced little area for the resident pets - especially for those that can't always make it the park (to be realistic, we are not close to the gated dog park.) and especially for when the dog park at white rock is overly crowded. However, don't let my review scare you. It is a beautiful complex and neighbors are extremely nice. The parking spaces are tight, but EVERYONE IS CAREFUL AND NOT A DING ON MY CAR SINCE DECEMBER :) People that live here actually take care of others. I'm not happy with my unit, but I know they've done renovations in other units and do have much bigger units than the ones I leased for.”
