“Today I called first thing in the morning for my cat that was having urinary issues. The receptionist was super calm and seemed to care so that felt amazing! They scheduled me for 10 am, then I got a phone call saying “come now” so I did. I got there around 845 and my cat was seen immediately, which meant a lot to me. Everyone with pets know the stress of them being uncomfortable. Dr. Charles really explained all of the possible scenarios and told me in a way I could understand vs medical talk and confusing. I’ve lived in Dallas for 2 years and I had never met a vet here who I liked, that seemed to actually enjoy animals until today. Angie the nurse was also amazing. Very kind and comforting to the cat, they did everything possible to make him comfortable. I am so thankful I found this clinic and that they were all so helpful and kind to my cat! I will only be going to them for my pets needs from now on. ETA- my cat blocked Sunday and I called Dr. Charles panicking, she told me to come in the next morning so I did. She told me the risks and gave him affordable treatment. They were able to unblock him and sent him home. I’m really amazed by the compassion at this clinic. For once it’s a clinic that doesn’t feel money based. Thanks for doing everything possible for my baby.”

“Dr. Lozano treated me and my mom for Covid-19. I hate doctors because I have autism, but she put me at ease. Her entire staff is so kind and took the time to explain to me how I was going to be cured. My mom is helping me write this review. We love Dr. Lozano and are SO GRATEFUL she treats the whole person. She is one of the most sincere and ethical doctors who actually listens to her patients and takes the time to explain things, while putting our minds at ease. My son has been seen by a LOT of doctors. I can count on one hand the doctors that actually listen to me, validate my concerns as a mom, and making my son feel at ease at the doctor. Dr. Lozano is one of the few remaining doctors that still takes the time to listen to her patients, asks us what we need, and goes above and beyond to make my son feel welcome. The entire STAFF is incredible and we are so happy to have found Dr. Lozano!”

“Keep reading..... don’t let the beginning of this review keep you from coming here. The building this office is located is a bit ragged and the inside of this office isn’t that great looking. A few things could be updated. Although I’ve never been in an interrogation room, from watching movies and documentaries, that’s what the room we were put in reminded me of. In my opinion, Gray isn’t the ideal color for a doctors office. Perhaps change up the color and get better lighting. Update some of the things in there. Going off of what the office looked like, we weren’t sure if we were going to stick with this doctor. Our opinion changed once we met with Dr. Salazar. He’s AMAZING! He took the time to listen and answered all the questions that were asked. He’s got a great personality and made us feel at ease. The front office staff is amazing as well. While we were waiting we could hear how they interacted with each other. They sound like they get along very well, like they’re family. We’re looking forward to our follow up appointment. I think we’ve finally found our family doctor!”

“Needed the convertible top repaired on my 2007 Nissan 350z. Top would not close completely in the rear. Nissan wanted $1200, and told me that might fix the issue. Henry knocked himself out and got the repair taken care of at a very reasonable price. Took longer than I would have liked, but considering all the work he had to do; it was well worth the wait. Henry and Butch were great! Professional, Courteous, and very knowledgeable! They are my go to guys in the future! Thanks Guys!!”
