“We were referred to Superstar Collision by our Farmers Insurance agent. Everything appears to be outstanding at the time of pickup. The minus one ???? is because more time is needed to see if the repairs and painting hold up and because of delays in having the car ready. We don't mind that it took as long as it did but we received a call saying the car would be ready on Wednesday. We adjusted our schedule accordingly On Wednesday they called and said the car would be ready on Thursday. We again shuffled our schedule. Thursday they called and said the car would be ready on Friday. And again we adjusted our schedule. Friday they said the car wasn't ready and they don't work weekends so it would be ready on Monday. I picked up the car up at 5pm Monday.”
