“We LOVE this park. It has play equipment for my 5 year old and my toddler. My older kid calls it "the park with the tower" cause he loves going to the top and sliding down the different slide. There's bathrooms, a huge gazebo with picnic tables, and an adorable pond next to the playground. This place is a win with all my kid's cousins. Can't say enough good but if I had to give 1 downside, I'd wish there was a designated shaded area for parents.”

“This is my dog's favorite park, there is so much room for him to run, he loves swimming in the pond and its ALWAYS open. The park is divided into 3 sections, both the big and little dog areas have agility type structures for dogs to play on & the middle area has a big aerated pond. There are lots of trees which keeps a nice breeze going, friendly people, hardly ever see dogs getting into fights. It's just really nicely done!”

“Look, Dallas is not known for its forests, but this is a really nice and well maintained paved trail. It's the closest thing I've found in the Irving area to a paved and shaded jogging trail with some visual interest (water, trees, etc.). The trees have no leaves for a good part o the year because...you know, Texas. I've jogged this alone and with my 6 yo on his bike, and I enjoy it. It's wide, smooth, relatively flat, and feels very safe. The mile markers are nice and there are a couple route options. There are benches every quarter mike or so. Recently I've seen rental bikes at the two major entrances.”
