“Great experience from start to finish. We moved in from out of state and Julia and Tiffany were very helpful and friendly in helping us with the transition. We thought it would be a few short months but it was nearly a year that we had our stuff there in a climate controlled unit. The facility was always clean, and well kept and we felt our stuff was safe with the gated access and owners on site. They offered recommendations when asked and were always response too! “Great facility! Worked with me if I was late (I was never past 3 days late!) Staff was ALWAYS super kind and helpful!!! I was there for almost a year and then I got an apartment that came with a storage unit, and access to storage units on site. I’m giving four stars because I had issues with bugs in my unit, but it didn’t bother me because all my stuff was in storage containers. Now if it was a couch or something then I would’ve brought it to their attention :) Would totally go back their again :)”
