Called and was at our Motorhome in 30 minutes. Checked for our electrical problem. Found it and got us up and working until our new part comes in tomorrow. Friendly and informative. Recommend him and his service. Thanks for being so great.

Chris was prompt and came ready to work. He had a list from Alliance and took his time to review each item with us, provide his recommendation on how to resolve the item and show us the results when completed. Chris brought all the necessary tools required to complete the work and we are very satisfied.

Chris came out to our RV site promptly, and quickly worked on our issue with our RV jacks not wanting to lower. He worked diligently and was able to discover the reverse polarity issue. He is going to order some parts for us to make this work better the next time we use it. We are grateful.
