The wait time is generally very short. The nurses and doctors are all very personable and knowledgeable. They really take the time to listen to your concerns! You can learn a lot just dropping by unannounced to a clinic and asking questions BEFORE you bring a pet there. These guys really stood out ahead of the pack because they answered a ton of questions, were super friendly about it, and their responses gave me confidence that they could solve problems. I took my puppy there and they gave him a thorough exam, plus answered more questions from me and helped me figure out strategies for specific concerns I had. Also, they helped my husband and I with ideas on how to catch a stray cat we are feeding so we can bring him in for his care package. They are accessible, skilled and friendly. I LOVE this place. “I am going into year 3 here and I am very happy that I chose this place to call home. As a self employed-semi retired consultant, this place has been perfect for. When searching for an apartment, I prayed for a clean, safe and comfortable place to live and this community is the answer to my prayer. The current management team, Diane, Jennifer and maintenance are great - they try to make your space livable! They are friendly, helpful and respectable. I love living here. “This morning my 3 year old was scheduled to have a significant amount of dental work under anesthesia with Dr. Zia. Leading up to the surgery I was a nervous wreck however after speaking with him I felt confident that she was in good hands. Dr. Zia has amazing bedside manners and took his time to explain what would happen before, during and after surgery. Not only was he kind but he helped me carry my three-year-old to my car and put her in the car seat because I could not due to having stitches in my abdomen from a surgery earlier in the week. This act of kindness truly showed me what a wonderful person and a skilled doctor he is. Thank you again, our family is beyond grateful.”
