“Used Bavarian Auto Care twice so far for my BMW. Starter Motor issue was quickly diagnosed and replaced at a fair price. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Oil change experience was very good. They identified a few preventive maintenance items but did not pressure to add any services or repairs that is not needed. “Swung by to get an estimate on tinting a couple of windows on my truck. Thinking I would set an appointment for another day. They gave a reasonable price, and were able to do the job immediately. Nice. What I liked about them was, most car audio/tint shops are cluttered, mismatch displays, wires everywhere. No. Earmark was a clean, well maintained showroom. That in itself built confidence. “I’ve used this place several times over the passed 4 or five years I guess and for the most part they’ve seen a good job. The last time i took my car in there were a couple of issues and if that had been the only time I’d used them I would have given them a 3 but we all have bad days so I’m gonna take my car there tomorrow and see if it was exactly that or if I need to find a new place to take my car.
